Updating Battery Settings


Updating Via the Touch Screen
Updating Via Deye Cloud

  • Navigate to Deye Cloud and login at https://www.deyecloud.com/login. If you don't already have an account, register a new one.

  • If you do not already have access to your RedEarth System, Seek Administration Access from RedEarth Tech Support

  • Navigate to the "Overview" Page

  • Select the System you wish to change

  • Navigate to the "Devices" tab

  • Ensure the "Inverter Tab is selected"

  • Click the Inverter you wish to update the settings on, please note - if there are multiple inverters you must select the MASTER inverter

  • Click "Remote Control"

  • Update the settings as per RedEarth's Default Battery Settings


Updating Via RedEarth Edge (Dingo and Advanced Users)

Begin by connecting to your RedEarth Edge. Local Connection:

  1. Look for the Bluetooth device named "RedEarth Edge" and connect.

  2. Disable Mobile Data and WIFI and open a web browser.

  3. Navigate to http://10.0.0.5


WIFI Connection:

  1. Look for the WIFI network named RUT240_**** or, the internet SSID the RedEarth Edge is connected to.

  2. Connect to his network and navigate to: https://solar-assistant.io/sites/local

  3. Click the IP address listed, it will appear like so:

Battery Setting Adjustments:

Once connected, enter your local password, if unsure, contact RedEarth tech support.

1. Navigate to the Configuration Tab

2. Scroll to the inverter section and look for Status : Connected - Settings.

3. Click Settings.

4. On this page you will find all inverter settings that you can change remotely, including battery settings. To adjust them, first click edit, then amend the settings and click save.
